Each one of us has all we need at any time for serenity and inner peace,
and our bodies provide us with perfect tools and systems to aid in that.
Stress results from the frustration of our human needs; ignoring, distorting or otherwise being
unable to fulfill our basic human needs.
Self- Kindness and Body- Mind Healing begins most simply with meeting our human needs..
Body- Mind studies and methods, may also grouped as Mind- Body, bodymind, or even Body- Mind-
Spirit recognize the importance and connection, interaction and oneness of these forces.
Body Mind and Spirit are a unity.
What you do with Spirit reflects on body and mind and vice- versa.
The study and synthesis of what we see and what is less visible in the universe is fascinating,
and the powers of those systems when used cooperatively and in concert is amazing!
