Truthful Heart Happiness Coaching

  Body- Mind, Mind- Body and Self- Kindness 

  •  Do you know that you can use your body to heal your mind and vice- versa?
  • Do you know that 80- 95 percent of all illness is caused or worsened by stress?
  • There’s an  epidemic of stress-related disorders in our society, including depression, anxiety,     
       attention deficit disorder,  bipolar disorder, memory problems, dementia and other mental disorders, 
       heart disease, cancer, obesity, eating disorders and more. These and other body conditions are also 
        worsened by stress and unhealthy habits of life, and medicine and the pharmaceutical industry are 
         raking in the profits.

   Even with all of the stress,
        
Each one of us has all we need at any time for serenity and inner peace, 
                   and our bodies provide us with perfect tools and systems to aid in that.

       
   Stress results from the frustration of our human needs; ignoring, distorting or otherwise being 
                    unable to fulfill our basic human needs.

      Self- Kindness and Body- Mind Healing begins most simply with meeting our human needs..
               Body- Mind studies and methods, may also grouped as Mind- Body, bodymind, or even Body- Mind- 

              Spirit recognize the importance and connection, interaction and oneness of these forces.
   
           Body Mind and Spirit are a unity.
             What you do with Spirit reflects on body and mind and vice- versa.
                 The study and synthesis of what we see and what is less visible in the universe is fascinating, 
                    and  the powers of those systems when used cooperatively and in concert is amazing!

                              I have enjoyed and use include:
   meditation, yoga, biofeedback, autogenics, relaxation for mind and body, massage, sound healing, Visualizartion, affirmation, Hypnosis, Self- Hypnosis, Neurolingistic Programming, Qi Gung, food as medicine, healthy self-care, self- kindness, playfulness, compassion, communication, assertiveness,  Motivational tools, guided inner explorations, meditation, Successful Self- Development methods, progressive muscle relaxation, Vipassana, Art as therapy, music spirituality, Shiatstu,  guided Imagery, Touch Therapy, Biofeedback, Breath Work, Exercise, Movement
 I also use Body- Mind Methods  in conjunction with:
   Listening, writing, playfulness, humor, laughter,  self- knowledge, self-care, 
       self- kindness, 
   playfulness, compassion, communication, assertiveness,  motivational tools, guided inner 
   explorations, meditation, Successful Self- Development methods, 12 step self- help tools
       and more.
